As a charitable company limited by guarantee, Attain Academy Partnership is defined by a number of key documents, including Articles of Association Schemes of Delegation and Funding Agreements. In addition, the Trust is required to make public its accounts, which are audited annually.  These may be found on the Trust website under Financial Information (Annual report and accounts) and Attain Key Information (Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, Funding agreements and Deed of Variation to the agreements, and Schemes of Delegation).

Newlands Spring Primary and Nursery School's accounts and reports are published as part of the Trust's report and accounts.
