School Uniform
All children are encouraged to wear the school uniform of a royal blue jumper or cardigan with a white shirt and school tie. Boys wear grey trousers with grey or black socks whilst girls may wear grey skirts, pinafore or trousers (but no stretchy material or leggings) with white socks or plain grey tights. In the summer boys and girls may wear grey shorts and girls may wear blue and white gingham dresses. The children wear black flat shoes - not boots or trainers.
PE kit (which is worn to school on PE and swimming days consists of a white T-shirt, plain black tracksuit (no logos or branding) and trainers. Children will also need a swimsuit, swimming hat and towel (any colour).
For health and safety reasons,
- Children must not wear jewellery in school. The exceptions to this rule are ear-ring studs in pierced ears, small objects of religious significance, such as a crucifix on a chain or medical items which may appear to be items of jewellery. Children must be able to remove these objects themselves for P.E. lessons; and
- All long hair must be tied back whilst in school. Hair accessories should be school colours or plain black. Hair clips should kept to a minimum
