The Chelmsford Teaching Schools Alliance (CTSA) is a partnership of 25 Primary, 9 Secondary, Essex Primary SCITT and 2 special schools based in and around Chelmsford. The CTSA, led by Newlands Spring Primary School (part of Attain Academy Partnership), believes that all children have a right to experience an inspirational and creative learning environment planned to enhance learning.

The CTSA works together to deliver the priorities set out by the National College for Teaching and Learning (NCTL).
