"Absolutely fantastic nursery. The staff are so kind and caring. Every week we are given updates on what the children will be learning, we also get to see lovely photos of what the children get up to. My son wasn’t the most keen to go at first but the staff couldn’t have done more to make him feel settled, he now loves to go and comes home telling me all about his day.

"I think there are many parents who will agree these last 14 months have been worrying for our preschool children's development. When my son started nursery in September he could barely talk, it was clear he was delayed. Under Jessica and her team he has flourished. They have worked tirelessly and patiently with him and today he is a completely different child. Happy, inquisitive, chatty and just lovely. As a parent I've never felt so relieved. I'm so grateful that the team have taken the time to give him the gift of speech. And learning valuable life and social skills which never cease to amaze me. "Since starting the nursery in September, my daughter has gained so much confidence in herself. Her imagination is amazing now. She can make games out of cardboard boxes and pieces of wood! She loves being outdoors in the garden and talks often about the garden at nursery and how she helps out. The team at Apple Bay really do go above and beyond to provide engaging, exciting and educational experiences and activities for the children. I have been really impressed with structure of learning, thematic, fun, and well thought out. My little boy has loved his first term and is thriving in their care.

I’ve been working at Apple Bay since April 2025 and it’s the best choice I’ve ever made. I previously worked at another nursery whilst both my children attended Apple Bay, and to see the joy and happiness they had when attending was priceless! They developed so much and that was all credit to the staff. They are an amazing team with so much care towards the children and each other. When the opportunity came to join the team I jumped at the chance and haven’t looked back since!

I joined Apple Bay 5 years ago as a level 3 practitioner, and since then the journey has been incredibly rewarding. Apple Bay supported me throughout my Early Years Teacher qualification, giving me the encouragement and opportunities I needed to grow professionally. The team here is genuinely lovely-everyone supports one another, creating a warm and collaborative environment. Its been wonderful to watch the nursery grow and flourish over the years, and I'm proud to have been part of its development.

Thank you all for taking care of my son, and making nursery such a fun, kind place for him to be.
